Qualification:

We are looking for a creative person who can translate interactive problems into clear and compelling user interfaces, has a strong attention to detail, and a passion for crafting online and mobile experiences. This person will be able to turn wireframes and visual design concepts into WordPress Themes and know how to get clean, semantic code out of WordPress.  You would also be training other team members in this calling.

• Experience using web standards to build valid and semantic XHTML and CSS driven sites (HTML5 & CSS3 a plus)
• Experience with AJAX, third party API's, frameworks such as jQuery
• Intimate understanding of WordPress 3.1.3 theme design and configuration
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, troubleshooting, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of typography and color theory a plus
• Knowledge of information architecture and human interface principles best practices
• Experience with mobile design and an understanding of mobile design principles a plus
• Basic Knowledge of SEM and SEO optimization
• Detail oriented  and an eye for quality and high end design and editing
• Basic knowledge of other CMS systems such as Joomla and Magento a plus.
• Enthusiasm for online marketing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• WordPress 3.x.x Custom Theme Design
• WordPress 3.1.3 Site Development
• Design easy-to-use, beautiful user experiences and interfaces for a variety of  clients’ projects using WordPress 3.1.3
• Implement designs that are simple, beautiful and user-friendly
• Collaborate with Creative Team to develop new creative, landing pages, and campaigns for specific brands and clients
• Market Research  & Social Media Campaign integration and execution
• Learning New Skills and Technologies as Required

PHP Web Developer Lamp Administrator

You are knowledgeable and experienced in the latest web development technologies.  You are passionate about the web, and can bring fresh ideas to work every day.  You are a seasoned web application developer with PHP expertise and hands-on experience with Magento eCommerce, Joomla, WordPress and social networking integration like Facebook connect.

Requirements:

• Excellent Typing Skills
• Excellent organization, time management & communication skills
• Strong fundamental understanding of web application technology
• Experience with basic web languages (HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, XML, Ajax)
• Experience with CMS platforms (Joomla strongly preferred)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of high performance, highly scalable web sites and web applications
• Be involved in all aspects of development — playing a critical role in design, planning, development and deployment
• Use technical knowledge and creative thinking to provide the most innovative solutions

Administrator Duties (Desirable):

• Deployment, administration and operational support of (production, staging, test and development) environments for multiple projects using LAMP Web Server.
• Work with the development staff to determine project requirements for test/production environments.
• Install, Configure, Maintain - Joomla, Wordpress, phpBB3, Magento, PHP/MySQL sites.
• Configure and Administer Google Apps Standard and Business Editions
• Keep current with emerging software enhancements, security patches and bug fixes.
•  Monitor application server performance and respond appropriately.
• Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications
• Identify, escalate and document production impact issues for the environment to confirmed delivery for client and business notification.
• MySQL DBA / Systems Administrator with strong experience in maintaining mission-critical commercial LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) systems.
