Data Encoder

Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• Must be a gradute of any business related course
• Not more than 30 years old.
• Must can type at least 30 wpm
• With attention to details
• Must have experience as  a Data Encoder or other related field
• Hard working & w/ initiative
• Smart
• Can easily follow instructions
• Honest
• With "GOOD MORAL CHARACTER"
• Can work under minimal Supervision

• Can work on extended hours
• Can work on minimal supervision
• Willing to work on extended hours.
• Can work on a shifting schedule

• Must be hardworking
• Must be willing to learn

• CAN START ASAP!
• Must be Residence of Davao or willing to assign in Torillo Davao

20 Warehouse Checker

• Male not more than 30 years old
•  Vocational graduate, college level with supporting documents (TOR/Cert.) or College graduate
• Preferably with at least 6 months experience as a Warehouse Checker 
• Checking & monitoring of inbound & outbound deliveries
• Preparation of inventory reports
• Familiar in using warehouse management system(SAP, EXCEED)

• Releasing of physical unit to the truckers / forwarders.
• Ensures that the unit being released has its serial number except for those none serialize.
• Ensures that the information of Delivery Order is match with the physical unit being released.
• Ensures that the guard, the trucker representative is present before cargoes are finally released.
• Ensures that the signature of both parties of both parties (guard,trucker representative) in all copies of document has been once loading is finished .
• Endorse to the Dispatcher on Duty the entire document completely loaded to the truckers.
• Cleaning up of loading bay after the loading by arranging the pallets.
• Maintain the possible garbage left during the loading will be thrown to the garbage bin before leaving the loading bay.

• Performs other responsibility as assigned by the superior. 

• With Cert of Employment from previous employers
• With good moral character
• Must Davao residence or willing to be assign in Torillo Davao
• Can work on minimal supervision.
• Hardworking

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
