Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Job Requirements:
Excellent Skills in Trouble Shooting and Networking.
Good Communication Skills. (especially with chat)
Willing to work from home.
Can work with minimal Supervision.
Must be keen with details.
Flexible with work schedules.
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Candidate must have 1 year experience in Technical Unix, Desktop & Network, Technical Support
